Mr. Chen, as our founder and chief engineer, has over two decades of experience in hardware circuit design, electronic hardware design, firmware research, HDD repair, and data recovery.

As someone who has an in-depth knowledge of firmware through years of study and application, Mr. Chen is thoroughly familiar with all of the various working principles of the hard disk, data structure, address structure, and translator elements that comprise this field. This has led to him using his knowledge to develop innovative and brand new methods for solving various firmware issues that involve challenging disks.

His continual desire to expand his technical knowledge has earned him the respect of his peers throughout the world. Currently in charge of the hardware development, firmware research and design, and the product architecture of MRT Lab, he has been invited as a guest speaker for many prominent companies. One such company which Mr. Chen has repeatedly been invited to present lectures at is OGID Company in Tokyo, Japan, in which he has earned their unanimous praise through his multiple hard disk firmware structural analysis and lectures on storage device data recovery programs.
